Rocket Casino VIP Program: Rewards for Australian Players
How the Rocket Casino VIP Program works for Australian players
The VIP setup at Rocket Casino is called the Rocket Loyalty Club or Rocket Reward Loyalty Programme. For you, the important part is simple: registration places you into the programme automatically. There is no separate VIP application to complete before you begin.
You earn points by playing games, and those points can be exchanged for real money. As your account moves through the seven-tier structure, further benefits become available. The programme is designed for ongoing play rather than a single promotion, so the value comes from the rewards attached to your account over time.
| Tier | Name | Reward detail |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Rocket Pilot In Training | Entry level, awarded on joining |
| 2 | Rocket Pilot Officer | 40 Free Spins |
| 3 | Rocket Squadron Leader | 110 Free Spins |
| 4 | Rocket Wing Commander | 180 Free Spins |
| 5-7 | Higher Rocket tiers | Progresses towards Supreme Space Commander |
Your starting point is automatic
You enter at Rocket Pilot In Training when you join. The named upper tier is Supreme Space Commander, with seven tiers in total.
What VIP members can receive as they move up
Rocket Casino connects its VIP benefits with higher tiers. The available benefits include a personal manager, cashback, free tournaments, faster withdrawals, exclusive bonuses and a birthday bonus. These rewards can make the programme more useful for players who return regularly, although the exact benefit attached to your account depends on your tier.
- A personal manager for individual account support
- Cashback as part of the VIP benefits
- Free tournaments
- Faster withdrawals
- Exclusive bonuses
- A birthday bonus
- Free Spins at selected tiers
- Loyalty points that can be exchanged for real money
The tier rewards that are stated by name are 40 Free Spins at Rocket Pilot Officer, 110 Free Spins at Rocket Squadron Leader and 180 Free Spins at Rocket Wing Commander. The first tier is the entry level, while Supreme Space Commander is the highest tier.
If you are joining from Australia, the casino supports AUD alongside nine other fiat currencies. That means your account can use Australian dollars while you take part in the wider Rocket Online experience. The casino also accepts cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, DOGE, LTC, USDT and XRP.
Keep the reward type in mind
VIP value is not limited to one reward. It can combine points, Free Spins, tournaments, account support, cashback and withdrawal benefits as you progress.
How to join and make the most of your VIP status
Joining is tied to opening an account, so the practical first step is completing Registration and confirming that you are at least 18, or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if that is higher. You must also agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Marketing messages are optional.
- Create one accountUse one personal account only. Accounts linked to the same residential address, household, IP address or device can be treated as duplicates.
- Enter the programme automaticallyAfter registration, you start at Rocket Pilot In Training. No separate VIP sign-up is required.
- Play eligible casino gamesPoints are earned through playing games. The casino offers more than 700 games across slots, live casino, table games, video poker, jackpot games, bingo, crash games, keno and scratch cards.
- Watch your progressYour account moves through the seven-tier structure as you progress. Higher levels can bring additional benefits such as a personal manager, cashback, free tournaments, faster withdrawals, exclusive bonuses and a birthday bonus.
- Use rewards with the relevant rulesWhen a reward reaches your account, check its conditions before using it. Free Spins, bonuses and tournament prizes can have their own wagering or eligibility rules.
The game range gives you plenty of ways to play, including slots, live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, dice games and crash games. Demo mode is also available, letting you try games with demo credits instead of real money. That can be a handy way to get familiar with a format before deciding whether it suits you.
Support is available around the clock through live chat and email, in English, French and German. Live chat has an average response time of approximately 2 minutes. If you need account help, the support team can verify your details before restoring access after a password issue.
VIP withdrawals, verification and practical limits
Faster withdrawals are one of the benefits associated with higher VIP levels, but standard account rules still matter. KYC document verification is required, and a withdrawal request stays pending until all verification steps are complete. Age verification may also be requested.
| Period | AUD limit | How it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | $3,000 | Maximum withdrawal in one day |
| Weekly | $7,500 | Standard weekly limit |
| Monthly | $30,000 | Standard monthly limit |
| New players | $5,000 per week | Initial weekly limit; can be increased |
Withdrawal processing takes 0-24 hours after team approval. Crypto withdrawals typically appear in the wallet within approximately 2 hours. Once approved, funds are forwarded instantly to the payment provider, while the provider controls the final crediting time.
There is no win limit. However, a 10× deposit playthrough is required before any withdrawal, in addition to any bonus wagering that applies. This rule matters if you use promotional funds or deposit and play with a reward attached.
Verification comes before a payout
Have your verification documents ready. Withdrawal requests remain pending until the required KYC steps are finished, and Bitcoin players must provide valid photo ID before playing.
For safer play, account tools include a cooling-off period, self-exclusion, alerts, notifications and account closure. Gambling involves real money and real risk, so the VIP benefits should be treated as extras rather than a reason to spend beyond your budget.
Other ways VIP players can find rewards
The VIP programme sits alongside other promotional features at Rocket Casino. These include tournaments, prize drops, Bonus Tickets, a Spin Wheel feature, a Bonus Shop, a Crypto Rewards programme and a lottery. They are separate features, so take a moment to check the conditions attached to any reward before taking part.
| Promotion | Prize | Entry detail |
|---|---|---|
| Gamzix Spin Express Tournament | $1,500,000 AUD prize pool | Minimum bet $0.45 |
| Quartz Wins by Booongo and Playson | $150,000 AUD prize pool | Minimum bet $0.75 |
| Lucky Boom by Booongo and Playson | $900,000 AUD prize pool | Prize pool shown in AUD |
| BGaming Million Drops: Hop Into Cash | $82,500 AUD prize pool | Minimum bet $0.015 |
| Tiki Nova Reels Tournament | 500 Free Spins | 0× wagering; 25 players |
There are also up to three Bonus Tickets per day, with one ticket per deposit, and loyalty prize drops are available. Tournament prizes can have different conditions from account rewards, so the 0× wagering detail on the Tiki Nova Reels Tournament is specific to that tournament rather than a general rule for every VIP reward.
